“Every Day is Mother’s Day” Contest Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: Every Day is Mother’s Day Contest is open to legal residents of The United States who are at least 13 years old at the time of entry. Parents and/or legal guardians may submit on behalf of individuals under the age of 18 years old. Employees of Organizer, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, and their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the contest. Void where prohibited by law.
Promotional Period: The Contest begins on May 10th, 2025 at 10:00pm EST and ends on May 31st, 2025 at 11:59p, EST (“Promotional Period”).
How to Enter: No purchase necessary to enter or win. Participants can enter the Contest by submitting a video or static post on Instagram, tagging @hellskitchenbway and using the hashtag #HKMothersDay or submitting their art to the email address provided: [email protected]. Only one entry (the first one sent) per person will be considered. All entries must be received by the end date listed above to be considered.
Additional Submission Requirements:
Option 1: Instagram or Tiktok Video Submission
- Post a 30-90 second video to your Instagram or Tiktok feed nominating someone who has been like a mother, daughter or mentor in your life.
- Tag @hellsKitchway and use the hashtag #HKMothersDay
- Make sure your account is public so we can see your submissions
Option 2: Written Submissions
- Share a written submission of your nominee with a 250 – 500-word essay and tell us why this person is deserving of a special Broadway thank you
- Submit your entry to the email address [email protected]
Judging Criteria: Entries will be judged based on criteria set by Organizer. Decisions by Organizer will be final and binding.
Prizes:
- Grand Prize (3x): Winner’s will receive a pair of tickets to see Hell’s Kitchen on a selected date this summer (2025), a Hell’s Kitchen Prize package including T-Shirt (available in sizes S, M, L, XL), full cast signed Playbill and other items TBD. The winners will also get to meet select members of the Hell’s Kitchen cast after the show for a special celebration. Travel and lodging will also be provided for winners.
- Runners-up with be showcased on the Hell’s Kitchen social accounts
Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the discretion of Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Prizes do include travel, lodging, and some meals.

Grand Prize: $3500 per winner
Winner Notification: Winners will be notified by email within 48 hours following the conclusion of the judging. Organizer is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email accounts, technical difficulties associated therewith, or winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email account.
Rights and Usage
- Ownership of Entries: Participants retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in their original submitted artworks, subject to the licenses granted herein and permission to use participant’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, address (city and state) in connection therewith.
- Grant of Rights: By participating in the contest, each participant grants Organizer and its sponsors a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, distribute, and publish participants submitted artwork in connection with the contest, for the purposes of celebrating the contest, its participants, and the Organizer, across any media formats and through any media channels, including social media, indefinitely. The Organizer will not use any submitted artworks as part of commercial advertising campaigns.
- Credit: All displayed or published copies of the participant's artwork will include the artist’s credit as practicable. The Organizer commits to maintaining the integrity of the participant’s original design and will not substantially alter the artwork without the express permission of the participant.
- Third-Party Rights: Participants must ensure that their entries do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other legal or moral rights of any third party. If a participant incorporates any third-party materials into participants’ submission, participant must obtain the necessary permissions and clearances before submitting the artwork.
Participant’s Representations, Warranties, and Indemnity:
- Representation and Warranties: Each participant represents and warrants that participant is the sole and exclusive owner of participant’s artwork and that the artwork is participant’s original creation and does not violate the rights of any third parties, including copyright, trademark, and privacy rights.
- Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Organizer, its affiliates, subsidiaries , and its sponsors from and against any suits, losses, claims, demands, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney and accounting fees) that the Organizer or its sponsors may sustain or incur as a result of any claim by a third party arising out of or connected with any breach or alleged breach by the participant of any of the terms of this contest, including but not limited to claims of infringement of a third party’s intellectual property rights.
General Conditions: The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond the Organizer's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion.
Limitations of Liability: The Organizer is not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Organizer, as final and binding as it relates to the content.

- General: The Contest and these Rules shall be governed by the law of the State of New York, without application of conflicts of laws principles. If permitted by law, any and all disputes of any kind or nature whatsoever arising out of the Contest or these Rules shall be finally determined by individual (i.e., non-class) binding arbitration held before a three-arbitrator panel of the American Arbitration Association seated in New York City; or if not so permitted, shall be heard on an individual (i.e., non-class) basis in a state or federal court located in New York County, New York. Organizer's failure to enforce any provision of these Rules shall not indicate and shall not be construed as a waiver by Organizer of any right it has or has reserved hereunder, and shall not prevent Organizer from subsequently enforcing such provision. If any part of these Rules is determined to be invalid or illegal by any legal authority of competent jurisdiction, then that part shall be curtailed to the minimum extent necessary to make such provision valid and legal (or if such provision cannot be made valid and legal, it shall be struck from these Rules), and all remaining provisions of these Rules shall remain in full force and effect.
